Ready to apply? If you are a prospective distance or online student, you will first need to submit an application to the University of Iowa Office of Admissions before you can register for courses. 

Students currently admitted to the UI do not need to complete a separate application to register for distance and online education courses. If you are a current UI student you can register for courses directly in MyUI.

First year students are ineligible for admission to the University of Iowa online degree programs.
