Laura Sinn is the Director of Online Course Administration and Exam Services at Distance and Online Education, within University College.

The Online Course Administration team consists of course coordinators who assist faculty and department administrators with course–related issues for Distance and Online Education courses. Coordinators serve as the faculty member's main point of contact during course delivery. 

The Exam Services team consists of full-time staff members and graduate student and part-time proctors who support instructors in the development and delivery of proctored exams.  Exam Services' goal is to facilitate an efficient and secure exam process for both instructors and students.
