Susan Bailey is the Director of Instructional Design at Distance and Online Education, within University College. 

The instructional design team includes highly experienced professionals who assist instructors in designing or redesigning engaging, effective online courses through the implementation of best practices and leading online pedagogy.  Instructional Designers primarily work one-on-one with instructors in advance of course delivery.
