Please forward the accommodations approval letter you received from Student Disability Services to your instructor and to The letter explains the amount of extended time allowed and whether or not reduced distraction is needed. DOE Exam Services will record the information in both the ICON course site and the DOE Exam Scheduler for the Iowa City Test Centers.

If you receive extended time or a reduced distraction testing environment, you will schedule exams online.

  1. Login to the DOE Exam Scheduler with your HawkID and password to schedule your exam.
    • Forgot your HawkID password? See HawkID Tools for instructions.
